Navy Seals
Sniper
The Substitute

Most Tom Berenger movies from the late 80s-90s were in the B-Action genre.

Platoon if you want to merge Navy Seals and Sniper - Berenger & Sheen, along with some other A-listers. But I wouldn't say Platoon is B-Action level.

American Ninja 1, 2, and 4 - 3 is missing Michael Dudikoff who is THE american ninja. In 4 Michael comes back to help the other captured people. It's awesome.

Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkenss

I know we're talking action flicks (pfft), but may as well go with the old classics. Conan the Barbarian, Conan the Destroyer and Red Sonja.

These,

It had more production money but Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle are essentially B grade style comedy/action movies.
