Best area to live in Tampa/Clearwater/Largo?

Looks like my best bud will be moving in about 4-5 mos.

Anyone from that area know the best areas to live (apartment-wise.)?


Also, good for schools? I was helping him to do some research and seems there's a town called Safety Harbor that looks pretty decent.
