Best anti-virus software for Win XP SP2?

I was using AntiVir 7 classic but after reading the comments in this thread and looking at the virus.gr list I have switched to AOL Kaspersky. It uses a bit more resources, but for the highest detection rate out there its not that bad of a trade off.
 
I just installed AOL's AVS and it so far so good it detected 12 corrupted files though on my storage HDD. Anyone know how to find out what these files are???

Phew! For a second there I thought the world was coming to an end until I found this. But not to worry, AOL is still releasing cr@p.
