Best ant killer

What is the best ant kiler? I am being invaded by little black ants, so I bought one of those ant house bait traps, but it really isnt doing much. In fact the ants just walk around it:disgust:.

I actually learned that Windex works great for killing ants. Spray it all over their path and along nearby corners and crevices. It will kill them within 10 seconds or so, is cheap, and dries clear. Do it a few times a day for less than a week and you should be all set - worked for me!

ditto. Windex/409 kick their a44es. Raid smell linger way to long.

I tried those gay little ant traps by Raid. The worst thing ever. I even tried testing it out for my own eyes. There was this ant walking around and i put the bait right around him. He didn't even feel the need to go toward. I thought maybe he was scared 'cause i was around. So then i went further away and let the ant be. He roam around the bait and then went in the opposite direction. So i pushed the bait right up the ants butt and he fell into in. He stayed in for a while and then ran out.

I shouldn't have to force the fricken ant into it. Anyhow, the ants seem to be gone now 'cause i think we killed most of them. We cleaned the house thoroughly and made sure there were no crumbs or food lying around.

Heh, thats pretty much what I've been doing for the last 10 minutes or so. Damn ants:frown: Well I'm off to Wall-mart to get some terro and windex...hehehe:evil:

Terro is basically the Boric acid + sugar water already mixed for you. It usually works in 1 to 2 days. First the ants swarm and gather the terro (looks like a big ant invasion) and then they disappear because they die back at the nest!

Yeah - I heard my non-Uberman brother say that Terro was good. But personally any of those ant traps that the ants have stuff that they take back to the nest will work.

I got Terro, and the ants are swarming it right now! I also picked up the Animatrix DVD while I was at Wall-Mart.:)

You should be able to get it at Home Depot or Lowes. I spray my foundation every spring and it works really well.

It was about $16. I threw away the recipt so I'm not sure of the exact price.
