Nvidia Shield K1
It's the most bang for buck (fastest CPU/GPU) and guaranteed software updates.

Honestly size doesn't matter all that much too me as long as the hardware is good and peppy. I want something a bigger than my phone, but not laptop size.

Yeah, I read the review of the Nvidia Shield K1, and it looked pretty good. I know its a bit older so making sure its still the top of the list.
