Best and quietest psu over 600watts?

In your opinion what seems to be the best and QUIETEST psu today? I have read many reviews but they are all relative. I am looking for users opinions. Thanks.
 
From what I've been reading, the Corsair 620hx has a good combination of quality, quietness, and modular-ness. I haven't actually used one, but I've been considering very similar requirements and so the focus of my research has been in looking towards these qualities.
 
I'm probably going to get the Corsair 620hx because everyone is saying (including a bunch hardware review websites) that it can handle 2 8800GTX's in SLI and a Quad Core OC'd.
Corsair rates it at 620 but people have tested total voltage output and it's in the 700's.
