If you're looking for overclocking, the DFI LanParty is by far the champ.

The Soltek board I am using is a great value budget board. Why you looking to replace? Your mobo isn't that old...

Though, Asus does now have a mobo with an nVidia 250gb chipset.

I haven't used any A64 motherboards, but from what I've read, DFI looks like the way to go. As far as I can see, proven overclocking capability means stability at stock, and high quality in general.

The Soltek is one of the fastest boards@stock speed and the price is awesome. Heck you could come out ahead of the game with cash in your pocket to splurge on something else.
