Best AMD XP Versions

I might make a trip to the local stores today. I dont want to wait for newegg what are some of the good steppings?

I currently am running an Athlon 1800+ and have it overclocked to 2.13 ghz, and my friend's borther has one at 2.2 ghz. This chip is especially nice if you only want to spend around $50!

The Duron 1.6 chips are decent overclockers, you should be able to get 2.2 out of them with the chance of enabling the cache.

Blue, it's the IQYHA mobile Bartons that really rock. Our AQYHA chips are just "okay" steppings. But aren't we glad we got them?

Thanks for the correction...I thought the AQYHA and IQYHA performed about the same.

I didn't say bad! They're good, just not as good as the IQYHA steppings, that's all. I'd be running at least 100mhz higher, with the same voltage, if I had an IQYHA, though. I just ordered a bit too late.

Ia'm running an 2700+ at 2.5 Gig. and change only thing is i bought it when it first came out at 275.00 bucks.

I'm running an A stepping chip right now, running 2.3 @ 1.7, not too bad I guess. Hope the I will do alot better at around the same voltage

if you want tbredB then the DLT JIXIB is one of the best. NIUHB DLT. JUICB is crap. JUIHB is better, but most likely older.
