Is arctic cooling the best??? I can get it 29.99 CAN + Tax, which seems like a phenominal deal. Just wondering if anyone else has any OTHER suggestion for nice video card cooling? My fan on my 9800 is rattling and I think it might be dying soon. 🙁
 
Just an FYI....not 100% fan is dying but it's rattling and when I put my finger on the heatsink while PC is on the rattling stops....loose fan maybe?? I just ordered a vga silencer....is there any others I should grab or will it be more than saffice???

Also, it's a Rev B that apparently allows to put ramsinks on, anyone familiar or can confirm that I can infact pop on some sinks?
