Lotsa bugs.. Go for it if you dont mind troubleshotting a bit.

So if not ultra then what? i mean i have heard a lot about this whole troubleshooting thing but no one ever suggests another one, they just say this one has bugs hehe

There's also ULI-chipset boards, which Anandtech's review of a few weeks ago seemed to like,
as far as overclocking, features, etc.
Such as:
ABIT UL8
CHAINTECH S1689
Gigabyte GA-K8U-939
ASrock 939Dual-SATA2 ULi M1695

The ASrock 939Dual-SATA2 ULi M1695 includes:
Slots:
- 1 x PCI Express x16 slots
- 1 x PCI Express x1 slots
- 1 x AGP Slot
- 1 x FUTURE_CPU_Port
- 3 x PCI slots
It is the first board ever made that is future proof - upgradeability to Socket M2 through an upgrade slot (not available yet).
