I'm getting a HUGE tax refund because my wife had a baby in December. I just got a 9600 pro, but I'm going to get a better one. I dont want to have to get another power supply or cooling system. I have a Dell Dimension 8300 2.66 p4 HT and 1.5gig ddr. I want to know what the best everyone thinks is the best buy for less than $200 and then the best buy for over that. I want to play bf2 with everything on high if its possible for <$200. I figure the best buy is always changing, so I might as well ask again. I don't mind ATI or Nvidia.

Yeah.. Between those two that is what I was thinking. Two good cards... Are those Nvidia's best other than the 7800's?

Obviously he's wouldn't have the kid if he hadn't spent some $ on the wife. ;)

Except you really can't count on having high settings in BF2. Also, 2GB ram is the key to "high" settings in BF2.
