I have a JVC KD-A815 which pairs to my phone and works flawless.
Call clarity is good, and pairing always works. I am happy with it!
It also has dual USB ports and stereo/sub pre-outs.
 
I have a "Parrot RKi8400" and it has been great so far! Calls have been clear and crisp...
 
Let me interject here that one failing I have with the bluetooth in my '08 Prius is that it will only sync up with one phone at a time. Are there setups that will sync up with multiple units? I assume they couldn't sync up at the same time, but it sure is a pain to re-setup for each user of the car every time you use it if you weren't the last person to sync up.
