You want porn/sex/nudity? Get into a university; pick up a Playboy, Hustler, or Penthouse; learn how to use PPV; subscribe to HBO; join a frat; find a local BlockBuster; find a club; get drunk; hell, use your cellphone; and most importantly, learn to use a search engine.

The comment was directed at our "backwardness." The sources for any sort of sexual activity are extremely accessible. Yet America is backward because it has the decency to recognize that mainstream television is not 18+?
