Best action scene in a movie?

Looking around at some DVDs and was just trying to come up with some cool action scenes so I could figure out what I wanted to get. The movie can be crappy, just looking for something that's neat to watch. My personal favorites are:

Suburban scene in Clear and Present Danger. Camera locations were perfect, probably my favorite, never had another movie make me think "oh sh!t..."

Lobby shootout in The Matrix. Lame i know 🙁, but it's cool.

I think something from Heat should be in there, but it's been forever since i've seen it.
Any suggestions?
 
The T-Rex Jeep attack in the rain in Jurassic Park was the best action sequence I ever saw in the movies.

Runner up: The escape from Cyberdine Sytems HQ in T2
 
"Raiders of the Lost Ark"... that movie was full of great action scenes. The entire beginning, the truck scene, a chase on the arab streets, it was all amazing and by far the best.

Another action scene that got me pumped was the end of "The Great Escape". Steve McQueen jumping barbed wire on a motorcycle? I can't get enough...
 
Definitely the bank robbery scene in "Heat" It is wierd because so many good shows have come out since then but that scene still blows them all away.

Runner up, beginning of Saving Private Ryan. That was an awesome sequence too.

That is a decent scene you could use

Lot's of good ones in here, I'm glad that someone else is as impressed as I am with the suburban & rocket launcher scene in C&PD.

Other excellent scenes:
- Hummer and Ferrari chase in "The Rock"
- Mini gun shootout in T2
- Jungle "clearing" shootout in "Predator"
- Final Shootout in "True Romance"
- About a full hour of "From Dusk Till Dawn"
- Lobby scene of "3000 miles to graceland"
- Opening scene of "Swordfish"
 
I'll have to go with Jackie Chan in "Rumble in the Bronx". Most of the scenes were quite good, the best I think was the one with him fighting the gang bangers in their hideout.

Besides, the DVD is only 10 bucks at Best Buy right now....
 
1) Last twenty minutes of Mission Impossible II. Awesome.
2) Lots of scenes from The Fugitive (the first one).
3) Most of Predator II. Glover and the Predator JUST WOULDN'T QUIT!
 
The last 3 hours of Das Boot - The Director's Cut. (The first 1/2 hour just introduces you to the characters).
