I will be taking the CompTIA A+ (hardware/software) Certification. I need the best book that will help me pass. I am already pretty familiar with PC hardware and software and I work at a PC shop. The smaller and more focused the book the better.

Thanks!

I liked Michael Meyers ALL-IN-ONE A+ Certification book. There's tests at the end of each chapter and it's very in depth on all parts of the A+ exam. Link

A+ was cake... especially OS. I would say as long as you're familiar with hardware (P2s and up) and OS (DOS based OS and up) to the point you can troubleshoot them, just buy a third party testing software like SelfTest, and study that - and make sure you know WHY the question is wrong, not just the right answer.

Isnt there an A+ for Dummies? No offense, but some of those Dummy books are actually good.
