best 939 motherboard?

after seeing the new 90nm A64's and the 3000+'s ability to clock to 2.6, i'm at interested in getting my hand on one. I recently built my 754 3200+ NC setup. I am still withing the 90 day period where American express will allow me to return the chip and board since i purchased it with an amex blue card. I don't want to get a NF4 board as i read that i won't be able to use my $400 AGP 6800GT in it. so what is my option now for the best 939 board? the MSI Neo2 or Asus A8V? i understand that anandtech used the MSI to test and OC the 3000+ in their review. thanks

I am currently running prime to test my OC as i type. right now i seem to be able to get the 3200+ to 2.5ghz. If i can get it to run prime overnight w/o errors then i guess i will stick with the current setup since it'll only be an extra 100 or 200 mhz and probably not worth the effort of returning to AMEX. and the NF3 939 boards will probably be phased out soon with the NF4 looming. thank you both for your quick responses.
