Best 80mm Case Fan/CPU Fan

I want to know which would you reccomend for my cpu cooling and as well for my case cooling, I would like for it to be quiet but at the same time, has a high cooling rating. Any ideas would be greatly helpful. Torando for CPU fan and Stleath for case, any good? Suggestions?

Vantec Stealth 80 and 92mm are ok 120mm is loud. The Zalman ZM-F2 has 2 speeds (with inline clip) so you determine what you need. At the lower setting it is virtually silent

Yes, they are sleeve bearing, but the MTBF will be well beyond your use. They will be very quiet.....

You don't want a Tornado on anything. For the case Panaflo L1A is the best fan you can get in regards to performance and noise. For the CPU either a L or M1A would probably be a good choice depending on what CPU and HS/F you're going to be using.

I find the motor "buzz" of my Stealth 80mm front intake quite annoying since it is only a foot from my face while at my computer. I've been thinking about replacing it with a Panaflo.
