The Asus M2A-Vm is a decent mATX for about $65. No overvlocking however.
Check out newegg. I am sure there are a bunch of decent boards that fit your requirements and price range.

Asus M2N - NForce 430 ATX @ $77 + $6 shipping (be sure to get RAM that will operate at 1.8v)

GIGABYTE GA-M61P-S3 - NForce 6100 ATX @ $77 + $6 shipping

These are two of the better inexpensive AM2 boards available ... if you plan on running at stock or only a mild overclock I'd go with the Asus (just built a PC for my father using one) but be careful that you select RAM that will run stable at 1.8v - 1.9v because it has limited VDIM control... if you plan on overclocking & tweaking the Gigabyte is a better choice.

Edit: This DFI Infinity has some mixed reviews but should also be a very solid choice & may be a bit faster too:

DFI INFINITY NF ULTRAII-M2 - NForce 4 Ultra ATX @ $80 + $6 shipping

Newegg's power search is your friend. Find the boards that meet your specs then check Newegg reviews or online to see if they work with Brisbane.

What about the Biostar Tforce 550 or the mATX board? Both will likely overclock and are $75 or less. The 550 board was used for a Newegg combo with Brisbanes and they sold a ton of them, guaranteed to work. I also know that the new 690G mATX baord will work with them, personally own one.

I asked DFI about the Ultra II because it did not evidently work with Brisbanes at the time. They didn't reply, just sent me a BIOS. Reviews at the Egg on 3/25 said it does not work with a Brisbane until flashed. YMMV.

I got mine put together late last night. I haven't had time to try any OC yet but signs look good. I'm reading 63-66F(17-18c) on my cpu at idle so I temp wise I'm doing ok. Will post up results this weekend after I get some time with it.
