I wonder if the Epsilon PSUs use PWM or resistance to lower the RPM of the fan...?

Powerstream 600W all the way. It dominates.

I pulled out a multimeter and tested my rails at idle and load and they read the same. Amazing for an overclocked dual core machine.

I would mail dfi support before you buy a power supply and ask them for a recommendation... their boards are very picky about which power supply you use. For example a lot of people have had problems with the OCZ powerstream not being able to cold boot properly (including me). One of the recommendations their tech gave to me for my setup (dual 7900 gts) was this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104015

He might have a different recommendation for you depending on what you're running.

I find it funny that DFI has problems with certain RAM manufacturers and PSU, which every other mobo run fine with, and yet no one seems to think it's DFI mobos that have the problem.

Actually, I've made posts directly accusing DFI of underhanded deals with OCZ (who makes PSUs and RAM, hmm...)

DFI boards draw more 5vsb then ATX 12v 2.0 specs allow for. And some PSUs actually do what they're supposed to, and shut themselves down at that point.
