<< Anandtech Review - Videologic Digitheatre DTS >>

I like 3dSoundSurge's review much better. Moreover, even the reviewers there firmly believe that the sub on the ProMedia 5.1 is much more powerful and better than the Digitheater DTS. The Videologic speaker solution fights for top honors with the ProMedia 4.1 and the Z560

<< ok how about Monsoon speakers?
theyre a 6-piece, 5.1 set with a decent price (not too cheap either)
anyone used these?
>>

yep, from an audiophile perspective, theyre the best computer speakers you can get.
They lack the power of the klipsch, but they have an uncolored, accurate, fast sound that none of the others can compare to.

Some Best Buy's are selling display models for lower than retail, but your YMMV. Might want to look into those. What about the older Creative speakers, like the DTT2500? Creative 5.1 Speakers The older models were pretty good. Hope this helps. Boston Acoustics also makes good speakers, but too bad they don't have any 5.1 systems. Hope this helps.

I have the Inspire 5.1s and I like them for what I use them for. Room's not too big, so they are really nice.
