Best 4G Data coverage provider in Silicon Valley?

My business is very mobile and I want to invest in a wifi hotspot cellular modem or a phone for tethering and I want to know which provider has the best 4G coverage in Silicon Valley. I'm planning on uploding 8GB a month from out in the field.

I have Sprint and while I love their truly unlimited data plan, their 4G is very spotty. Verizon? Clear?

Verizon.

For that much data, forget tethering. Get a 4G USB modem or 4G hotspot and the 10GB/month plan for $80.

No that doesn't include any voice. It's data only. Write it off as a cost of doing business.
