Best 3TB NAS drive?

Ive had a 4 drive ST3000DM001 3TB RAID5 for a few years now but every 1-2 years, a drive dies and I replace it with a new one. Since Im tired of that, Im gonna replace this one that just died with a NAS drive made for 24/7 use.

Now I know NAS drives spin at only 5400rpm but I only use this for storage and to stream media off so I don't think its that important.

Basically, what is the best 3TB made for NAS drive out there?

If the price is right (no pun intended) Im willing to get a 4TB because Im switching to DrivePool in a while but I prefer 3TB to keep costs down and keep all HDDs almost the same.

Thanks

WD Reds are made for NAS.... I have one in HTPC duty and haven't had any problems so far.

4TB drives aren't a very good value vs the 3TBs now, so if a 3TB works, that would be a better value.

I recently got 4 of these to do a raid 10:

Or similar, I don't know if it's that EXACT model, but think it's pretty close if it's not.

Toshiba/Hitachi seem to be a good bang for the buck in terms of performance and reliability. Though, when I ordered, one of them was DoA but could have just been a fluke.

At that current price (paid closer to 200 at the time) it's tempting to get 2 more...
