Change of plans. I just picked up a Samsung 305T (30" 2560X1600) LCD. It was $500 on craigslist. Is that considered a good deal/monitor? It seems to work great, but I'm seeing mixed reviews and people running into issues down the line. Looking at the 30" lineup, the only thing that stands out is the Dell, which is 2x the price.

And WOW@ the difference between gaming on that vs a 24". I am not sure if it's the size, resolution, or both, but the thing looks amazing! I guess I'm just scared of something happening to it in a few months, which would make it a flop investment.

I have the HP zr24 and I do not like it. It has gamma issues around the bottom corners that cause coloring issues when gaming in certain situations. A lot of people disagree with me. Right now I am typing this using one of my Gateway FP TN monitors and I only turn on the HP when I am playing in surround.

u used to have stereo enabled... and then i got annoyed at the monitor boarders...

if ur going to use 3 monitors, i would make sure it has very thin boarders, or your going to get really annoyed.
