best 3 computer configuration

I have 3 computers & a router...I'd like to set up as web & database & email server

one i was planning on installing redhat 7.1 and do what anadtech does by setting it up as a loadbalancer with the linux virtual server project, however i was also planning on setting up a software firewall along with its duties

the other two i was thinking of having exact configurations W2K Advanced Server, SQL Server 2000, & Exchange 2000 hosting on both computers with replication features so data remains the same between the two. essentially the load balancer balances the number of users on each server, and if one goes down the other is still up, and when the other one comes back up then the data is replicated...i know sql server has data replication, i am wondering about email...and my webpages wont change much...

any thoughts??? pros and cons...
thanx

what does that mean? try networking, OS but not HT? what's HT?

im just looking for a good way to set this up, with things like Active Directory, DFS, or something...

HT = "highly technical", the forum in which this thread is currently residing.

He was suggesting you try reading the descriptions about each forum, and then go to what he thinks might be a more "on topic" forum.
