Chest = chest press?
Legs = lunge (with dumbells)?
Back = row?

Alternate every week with:
Chest= incline press?
Legs = leg press?
Back = pull down?

I think you should add core and shoulders to that list. My favorite for all the groups mentioned:

Chest:
Incline, decline and flat presses.

Legs:
Squat, calf raise.

Back:
Deadlifts, bent-over row, lat pull, seated rows.

Core:
Bicycles, Captain's Chair leg raises.

Shoulders:
Military press, upright row, rear-delt row.

Adding chin-ups, dips, etc. can be good as well. This is pretty much what my workout looks like.

I would add stiff-legged deadlifts for legs, and dips for chest.

I used to do stiff-legged deadlifts, but I cut them out after I stopped being able to move my legs when I was done with squats. I actually prefer them to regular deadlifts as I feel I get better focus on my back, but that could be a form problem.

you must do the all important "washcloth lift" to strengthen your um..
reproductive muscle group

See if you can join the few who have graduated from washcloth to hand towel to oversized bath towel...
