Best 19" - 21" LCD for CAD

Hello all:

I was wondering what experiences people may have had with various manufacturers of LCDs especially when viewing things like CAD. Our company is thinking of making a purchase of a few and we want to be sure to get some good ones. What I have heard so far is that the Dell are good but to get the UltraSharp model, and that both Viewsonic and Samsung make some good panels as well. What about companies like NEC, Planar, etc.

And is the UltraSharp that much better than the regular model? They have a deal right now for 399 on a 19" non US but the US is roughly 650 - 700 dollars. Is it worth that much more?
