Hmmm, you up for a challange sometime? I will race you in NFS😛U... Of course damage and collisions turned "ON" ... None of that fake crap where you can ram walls to save time...
 
Hi I have the planar PV17.4 w/Geforce 3 ti-500 via DVI and I notice ghosting both on desktop and in games, doesn't matter what game it is, I notice it... in dvd's too. In movies and on the desktop it's slight, and I can get used to it. But the games are actually pretty bad... but I'll see if I can get used to that, too.
 
I use a Planar 17.4" (25 ms response time) on a Radeon 8500 DVI, and for the life of me cannot figure out how people miss the blurring
Most of the time it is ok though its exaggerated for the first 20 minutes or so when you turn on the monitor
It can get really frustrating though (in games and movies), so if possible I'd recommend that you try before you buy
