Best 120mm Fan not louder than 45dBs

would two of the 30db/60cfm be good enough to cool a radiator (which accepts 2 120mm fans naturally) cooling an AMD XP 1600+ _and_ GeForce3 Ti200 both o/c'd or would i have to get the louder brother?

main reason for going water cooling was to quiet my roaring beast of a computer

sunon 120mm 108 CFM - i have 2 cant here them above my delta screamer on the sk-6
Y.S. Tech 120 mm 131 CFM - have 1 and still all i here is the delta.
actually i have 5 case fans 3 120mm 1 80mm and 1 92mm and the delta is lounder then them all
so i think any would be fine

You might also think about using a LOUD 120mm fan with the voltage dropped down to 7V 😉
This option would give you more of a selection to choose from.
Heck, you might even look at 24V fans run at 12V :Q

Does anyone know where to get the old Panaflo's 120mm fan that was with the aluminum housing?
Those were EXTREMELY quiet.... I had 9-10 of them at one time.. but they are all gone now.......

Those are the quietest 120's I have ever run across. Just not sure where to find them anymore.
Model FBH-12G12

This is kinda cool.. you can hear the fans before you buy them...

Fan sounds

And these will simplify connecting your 12v fans up to run at 7v.
12v-7v adaptors

that is pretty cool. too bad no panaflos.

are the 103.5CFM / 41.5dba panaflos noticeable if i make two for blowholes cooling my soon-to-be radiator inside the case?

how fast/loud are the same panaflos if running at 7v?

btw, if you're even somewhat handy, it might be cheaper to head to Fry's Electronics or another electronic shop and make your own 12 to 7v adapter (a pack for the same price should come with enough to make 2 - 4)

Go with the panaflo l1a's and don't bother with undervolting it. I have two in my case and they aren't the source of the most noise. I can hear the 70mm Intel fan over them.

I have a brand new one, produced a while ago, and still sealed in the plastic bag!!! I am going to tail it in the next couple of days!😛
