Best 1 GB RAM for about $100?

I'm building a new PC and I have been looking for the best $100 1 GB RAM for it. I probably want 2x512 MB so I can run them in Dual Channel, but there are many different sets and I'm not sure what to pick. Two of the ones I am looking at are here at Newegg:

Yup, mine is running CAS2 at 200MHz. Not sure about how it performs with other settings as I've just built it and haven't started to play yet 🙂

WOAH WTF? NEWEGG's ALL DIFFERENT

 
I got 1GB of kingston HyperX dual channel at fry's for 124.99 with a MIR of $20,it's a little over 100 at 105 but it from a major brand
