Neither format will 'win'.. It'll end up like DVD+R and -R.. The non-dumbass manufacturers will just make players that play both.

Maybe the HD-DVD groups are the ones behind the Blu-Ray heist. That'll keep them from selling any more Blu-Ray discs.

Considered they cleaned the whole blu-ray section out out, it sounds like they were going to fence a lot of those blu-ray discs.
