Bernie still has it

Bernie really has the overview of what's at stake in these midterms. I haven't seen anything out of Newsom that rivals this.

MUST-SEE: Bernie Sanders BURIES top Republicans in BRUTAL takedown

Anyone who says that all politicians are the same are forgetting Bernie's record. From about 14:30 on applies directly to the social security thread.
edit - Thanks for posting this. It restored some much needed faith in the existance of rational humanity. I don't know how he has kept his cool during his years of raging against the machine.

Positive change needs to originate from a movement, and a party. It takes a heck of a lot more than one guy to get it done.
Bernie is a champion of who we should be, and I respect him for that. Even though my economic policy would make him blush.
Yet the man is quite frigid. He needs supporters who not only vote for him, but can and will stand up on stage WITH him and speak to the people.
We need an "army" that will put in the work, campaign for the issues, and send in the politicians that will succeed Bernie Sanders.

It is great that Bernie is an Icon. But we really need Bernie to be a legion. If we like him so much, why does he stand alone? Will no one carry the torch?
