Seriously, nearly every thread he makes, he has to ask something retarded. Then when he gets called out on it....hell, even when someone posts something he doesn't agree with, he immediately gets defensive and starts insulting people.

Most things are pronounced incorrectly outside of their country of origin. Have you ever been to Versailles, Ohio? Give you a hint, they don't pronounce it vur-SY.

Flame war aside, what is the answer to the OP's question whichis, basically: Why do Brits pronounce Berkeley as bahrk-lee? When I feed it into the british accent bot in my brain, it comes out: bAIRklee with a bit of a nasal harrumph at the end.
