The jist is ..............just create your own page and save it as 'userdefault.htm' in the main SetiQueue directory 🙂

To change the gif in the upper left....use what you want and name it 'setiq.gif' same directory

'up.gif' or 'down.gif' will change the arrows (haven't tried this)
