I love how liberals are more trusting of terrorists, then republicans. Simple mind boggling.

The answers to those questions was given in the ARB report back in 2012.
Link? Is it factual? "Just the facts, ma'am."

I'm not looking for a "gotcha you" moment for one side or the other. "This is what happened and that's about as sure as it gets" is what I'd like.

Edit: That was 2012, is it still accurate?

Ice in hell too, right?

The report purports to be an independent review of facts and concludes:

ARB 2012 said:
The interagency response was timely and appropriate, but there simply was not enough time for armed U.S. military assets to have made a difference.

However, the report has been criticized - http://www.cbsnews.com/news/benghazi-accountability-review-board-comes-under-renewed-criticism/ - and even Hillary Clinton now admits that there are too many unanswered questions about Benghazi - http://hotair.com/archives/2014/06/18/hillary-theres-more-to-find-on-benghazi-and-the-irs/.

A better source of information might be the Select Committee on Intelligence report - http://www.intelligence.senate.gov/press/record.cfm?id=349314 - which found significant strategic warning, a failure to increase security, and a failure to position military troops where they could respond it time.

They called for help and the CIA annex sent a team over.
They grabbed the survivors and went back to the annex, where the second attack happened

here's some speculation:

"A few weeks later, Stevens met with General Ham at AFRICOM headquarters in Germany. Again, the General offered up additional military assets and, yet again, Ambassador Stevens passed on the opportunity.

At least one of these exchanges between Stevens and Ham has been confirmed by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Martin Dempsey, who testified before a Congressional committee (not the Issa committee which has not called Ham as a witness) as follows—

“I was aware of it, because it came in, in Gen. Ham’s report. Gen. Ham actually called the embassy to, to see if they wanted to extend the special security team there and was said – and was told no.”

Further, according to a defense official with whom McClatchy spoke, Stevens never said why he was turning down the offer for additional security from the military—he just said no."

I don't see what motivation the terrorist has to lie. I see a lot of motiviation to make shit up from the GOP side though.

I know the people that killed Americans are better then the party you dislike.

And yet your side claims to be more 'reasonable'

I think for those that want to revisit history, on that same day prior to the attacks, the US Embassy in Cairo had 2000 protesters protesting the video according this report at the time.
http://content.usatoday.com/communi...ters-prophet-mohammad/70000126/1#.U6JM0rHGYbs

stands to reason if another protest breaks out later the same day, in Benghazi, the intelligence people may look for the same motive as a possible reason as well.

The Republicans had nothing and said nothing when soldiers were dying in Iraq. This outrage is manufactured political posturing by all the usual neocons.

So we capture the head guy and he says it was actually the video? So how long before Fox News and the rest of the right wing echo chamber (same group) claim this means nothing, Hilary orchestrated this too??

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/17/benghazi-suspect-video_n_5505181.html

Regardless. It was a Planned Terrorist Attack and not a spontaneous riot. That was the contention all along. And the fact that the State Dept. did nothing to protect our people. NOTHING. Then attempted to cover it up.

Alleged cover up.

Nice try though. Bolded letters and all that. Makes it look like you are claiming a fact.

Many things are bewildering to a simple mind. Why make up new shit to be bewildered about?

I'm not making anything up.

All the libs in this thread are on the side of the terrorists that killed americans because his current story supports their presidents spin.
