wow, that was a HIT.

Not sure it should have been penalized tho, yes there was helmet to helmet contact but he didn't go in head first he tried to hit the guy sideways instead of head on like he could have.

yes, the results were devastating, but those kind of hits used to be what football was about.

i'm not a fan of either of these teams and i didn't think that was a disgraceful hit.

if he had hit him helmet first, then sure it would be a bad hit, but he went in shoulder first.

Disgraceful? Looked like he ran toward him and at the last second tried to move his head to the side to avoid helmet to helmet. I was shocked to see that penalized.

Unintentionally and he didn't lead with his helmet. Guys tackles players all the time while making helmet to helmet contact. It all depends on whether he lead with his helmet. He didn't. Bad call.
