So the game came out today. How's it running? I'm a huge fan of NFS but I'm not the type to drop $60 on a new game. Last time I did that was SFV, and SC2:WOL before it..

Kid or not, Fiji is pretty crap without special drivers for it. I'm just glad I didn't waste $ on it hehe.

Come next gen, since I'm not at 4K, why do I even need to upgrade to Polaris, my R290X OCs to 1.2ghz to get faster than 390X performance and that's still enough for 1440p. -_-

Like I've said numerous times, the reason I'm going with AMD is because AMD lets me use a 4k Monitor that is 50+ inches with freesync.

Polaris will be my reason for 4K. I just am finishing off Fallout 4, then all the Wii/GameCube games I have, and then Polaris Crossfire and 4K gaming and I'm going back and playing all the games I wanted to play but couldn't look at because I mean... you can't play AC Unity in 1080p. have you seen the game in 1080p? It looks crappy. In 4k downsampled it looks great. 4k native?

This is definitely a game that will get the 4K treatment.

Polaris will chew through this easily while I wait for Vega.

When they said they knew Fiji was bottlenecked, I couldn't take it seriously anymore. Sure, it works well at my desired resolution, but I just don't care about Fiji.

Polaris will be the stopgap and the power savings will be welcome. If the card is small, I'll be EXTREMELY happy, as I will begin shifting my gaming rig to mini ITX.

There just isn't a reason for a big tower anymore. May have to go something large enough for crossfire though until I see a dual card from AMD actually release on time within reason. No reason to go mini ITX in hopes of the CF card being available soon if it comes out super late each time.

A Polaris 10 CF Card with a water cooler released at launch or within a month of launch though? Instant buy!
