Benchmarking/Burn-In Programs?

I am expecting my new T'Bird/ASUS any day now. What benchmarking programs are y'all using to evaluate o'clocking settings?

Additionally, does anybody know of a burn-in program like a repeating/looping game demo (I got Q2 and Unreal), for evaluating max temp?

i use sisoft sandra/3d mark/final reality(cheesy but pretty)... not much else...

for burn-in, prime 95 does a good job, as do the game torture demos...

I would add Seti@home to the list of "burnin" programs, along with RC5. If you are trying to benchmark your cpu, I do not think you should try Q3. This is more of a video card benchmark. (My cpu temp after running quake3 for an hour is MUCH less than it after I run Seti or Prime95 (it does not stress your cpu as much as other programs)

Running RC5 or any number crunching distributed processing application stresses both the CPU overclocking stability and is a good benchmark for heat dissipation from the CPU.
