I only get around 3780 in my bench mark test for 3DMark03. I read somewhere about a Bios version 5.06 nforce3? Maybe i dont know what i'm talking about but i'd like to improve my score without overclocking.
 
According to madonions results browser using the system you have listed, your score is about right. Your 9600XT is the primary limiting factor in this regard.

As to installing the drivers for the Neo2, that really should be done as the first thing after your OS is installed. In the zip file are directories for each OS, choose your OS, then just run the setup file.
