Benching programs

is there any benching programs anyone want to recommend..

this is what i got

Athlon XP 1800+
MSI K7T266 pro
512 ddr muskin
asus v7700 deluxe
sound blaster live
blah blah blah...

i have used 3kmark2001 but get a score of 3200.. which is pretty low compared to others with the same card...

so what bench scores should i be achieving???

SiSoft's Sandra is very common.

3dmark2001 is good for benching the video system, but SiSoft Sandra is nice for benching other components of the system, including HDD's, memory, cpu, etc...

You can also check out HDTach, or Prime95 for stress-testing your system.

sandra is really good... it will also benchmark everything, not just the cpu and memory

Speaking of SiSoft Sandra, it does more than benchmark. It has a burn-in wizard to test system stability. Also, you can check motherboard temp, clock speed, etc.
