Also good clean reps but still it's a far cry from 255 8 times which would put your max at over 300 lbs. I gotta try to max out next week - last I maxed was 285lbs but that was over a year ago. Btw, my fat level went up a little - which proves you can't gain muscle without a little fat 🙁
This says you could do around 320. Even if it's optimistic you're definitely in the 300 club. I know the world max is like 700 but few adults will ever be able to bench 300 so it's definitely a good chunk of iron to be moving 😀
