Bell undercharging me for my internet access

I signed up for bell a few months ago, and since then they've been charging me $30 a month instead of $50 for ultra high speed, which I am getting. Should I correct them in hopes of avoiding a problem later? I'm worries that when i go to cancel service next year they'll notice.

If you go to cancel service next year, I don't believe that they can go back and re-charge you for there mistake.

If I were in your shoes, I probably wouldn't tell, but that's just me.

No...you are stealing from them.

Now that you are aware, doubly so.

Call them up and have them correct it. Also pay them for the back service with interest.

Well OP, prepare to have your thread derailed.

Let me introduce you to a helpful phrase called "Don't sh!t where you eat."

It can be applied to many situations including sleeping with your best friend's girlfriend, deciding to put your penis into a woodchipper, telling your boss that he's an asshole, and most importantly, telling your phone company that they're undercharging you.

I'll leave the decision up to you with this bit of helpful advice.

It's not an introductory rate, and yes it says Ultra high speed on the bill.

When I initially signed up for it, they put me down at basic access or whatever, I then called and got it changed. Their system is so messed up, they've sent me 4 (yes four) modems/wireless routers in the mail and didn't have me setup for over a month.

Thanks for the advice guys

Rob
