What do you guys do when it asks you for your business name under the small business section? I just made up a name.
 
Just ordered 10 of them and shipping is like $4. didn't want to click thru different screens. The last time I went to a bunch of click thru, the thing is either sold out or its cancelled.

*groan* I can't, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered one from dell, there is no way Dell pays $10 a card for these! List is $30! *groan*


Edit: Also, how would econ 101 teach me how to market network cards? It doesn't get into material costs.
 

Not as good as the freebie 3COM Giga but still fantastic.... Where do you people come up with this stuff??

This forum is going to drive me broke, not to mention its annoying my other half that all this geeky stuff keeps turning up 🙂

Dell probably has thousands of these to be dumped. I wonder if they all come with box. 300 of them could fill up one fifth of the UPS track.

got my second order confirmation, so looks like a go.

if you got 300, looks for the price of these on ebay to be about $4.

still, thats a 300% markup, not bad.
 


hey, that's a $900 profit for this guy, then he could afford a dell 18" LCD, so, in reality, Dell would win, cause they'd have a repeat customer and it would be worthwhile!
 
Actually im going to hold off for about a month and then sell them for 10 - 15$ a pop... when they stop selling at that price ill drop them in 2$ increments until I hit 3$ once a week
