The freedom that would come with not having to worry about money would be nice.

Sure, maybe some of the luxuries pale after awhile. How many Ferraris and yachts does one person need?

But Money can "buy" the one thing we all want more of - time.

How much time do we spend standing in lines? Waiting for an airplane flight? Bus?
Buy your own jet/helicopter/limo!

Cooking meals? Shopping for necessities (e.g. food, clothes)?
If you're rich enough, you can hire someone to do a lot of these things for you.

Wealth allows freedom of choice. If you have a million dollars, you can still work a 40-hour a week job as a janitor. I know one guy who did.

You'll lose a lot of the freedoms you enjoy as an average Joe.

Or...you could just live like an average Joe, yet be free of the pressures of having to make ends meet...thus allowing you live life with more freedom. Wanna work? Fine, but you have the opportunity pursue a dream career without the worry of whether or not it'll pay the bills.

I'd do my best to cope with the problems of being rich. The realities of not being rich I understand and I'd happily trade them

I didn't have to think about it. I didn't even have to read it. I saw "Arcadio" and I knew whatever came after that was going to be wrong.

By and large, as long as you are at or above the basic standard of living as defined by your culture, money is an irrelevance to happiness.

The way I see it, poor people's problems are typically money (lack of it) problems whereas rich people can afford to have different sorts problems.

I've tried money problems. It's no so bad. I can deal with it. I'd like to try these other kinds of problems though.

Run DMC said it best "Money is the key to solve all of your woes, now tell ME when was the last time love bought your clothes?"

Truth. As long as the necessities are covered, I prefer to pursue experiences (traveling, shows/concerts, etc.) and relationships rather than material items. Pursuing intellectual wealth (education or knowledge) is also more worthy.

Being materially rich is overrated; being emotionally, intellectually and experience rich is well worth it.

"Rich" is such a loose term. What you might think is "rich" is chickenfeed to others. I think if you have over 9000 dollars youre doing just fine.
