when ur in the situation and it just happened... its gonna be hella hard just going out and trying to have a good time... but u just gotta try to come to grips with it... just think about its "a win and a chance to start over and do things right!"

i just broke up with my gf not too long ago was with her for over 2 years and she would always make me feel bad or blame me for stuff i dint do... at first i just ignored it but then i tried the talk about it approach and it just made things worse... eventually i find out lil secrets about her and finally confronted her spilling out how really screwed up her way of thinking was... neway its more dramatic than that but in short...

just know that u did ur best, leave her on the "people who dont believe in me list" and use that for inspiration to show them how wrong they are....
