no kidding. i went out with my parents a few weeks ago and my dad got prime rib, medium-rare at this place.

he kept offering me some, i declined and declined and finally had a bite: perfect. melted in my mouth. i know what ill be having next time i go to this place. it was Tuscon's in Salina, KS, fwiw.

Yup, I used to order my steak well done years ago until I finally tried medium rare and was like :shocked:

To each his own, but personally I think any more than that and you'd lose the flavor of the beef
