I know my mom and dad's Chevette sucked when I was little.

I would love to see someone beef one of those up with a modern day motorcycle engine. It would probably go pretty fast, and wouldn't depend on how much you had for breakfast

That's stretching the definition of "car" quite a bit.

It was a humorous video though, especially the part with the meeting of the diverse carbon footprint reduction people.

Heh, nice car - although I cringe at the thought of driving on and being hit by an SUV

if it eases your mind at all, think like this: at least they won't have the chance of a decade-long coma or other horrible injury, as you'll probably be the center star of a daily fender-bender, specifically, caught in between two vehicles in a fender-bender, and the driver of the mini car in a neck-bender.

In a World where people are getting larger and larger, we have companies making things like cars smaller and smaller.

Cool. Now that I think about it, if I didn't have to go thru a turnstile at work, I could actually drive all the way from home and park next to my cubicle at work!

Whoa.

lol. Xbox 360 or...p50 hmmm.

I can just imagine going to work in that thing lol . Well, before dying of frost bite or getting crushed on the highway.

100mpg is amazing.

So 40MPH top speed will net you 4000 miles in 40 hours. Of course, if you account for the acceleration speed of a 4.5 bhp motor, it's realisticly more like 400 hours.

They tried that on Monster Garage. It was a dwarf build-team. They were going to take some Ninja engine and stick it on a competition racing gocart frame with the Peel body on top. They failed. Jesse shot the shit out of it with a Barrett .50 cal.
