It's going to be some 12 year old kid with a 486 DX2 that has been cracking for 48 hours anyway - and somehow... I actually hope it is. Certainly will deflate some egos now wouldn't it? :Q
 
almost forgot:
GoT admin stated English was allowed in the DPC forum as long as itdidn't get out of hand.. so engineer.. share some of your knowledge and humor.. especialy the latter 😛
 
All you guys from AT or from anywhere are always welcome at our forum. We're competitive with RC5 but we're friends in real life...

Yes it acutally is, but having a language that's only spoken by 16 miilion people (give or take a million), we have no choice of having to learn second languages. This begins here almost in kindergarten. This gives us the ability to speak english very well(at least some of us).
As Johan Cruyff once said:

Booster, I can see you having a problem with that if it was posted in your forum, however if it was posted in ours then there should be no problems. Why? Because TA trash talks the DPC's here, DPC's trash talk TA there. Some of you DPC's like these double standards, Dan pointed one out above. Of course if someone from TA posted that in your forum please ignore this post.
 
I have read the LONG thread at GoT and things seem to have settled down!🙂 I have been to Holland many times and love it! I also really enjoyed the people! They were very smart and most spoke 3 to 4 other languages which made speaking Dutch a non-issue. The beer is not bad either!😛😛😛

Sorry, but I don't accept double standards. If you can't take it, don't dish it out.

One of the DPC members recently posted on our forums an animated GIF with the DPC cow eating up the Team Anandtech Emblem. The DPC 'Frazzled&quot; cow that you are complaining about was in response to that GIF.

I didn't see any DPCers complaining about the animated GIF of the DPC Cow eating TA. In fact, I really didn't see any Team Anandtech members complaining about it either.

I thought both were funny, especially taken in the context of a friendly competitive &quot;jab&quot; at one another.

 
Why is everybody still reacting to this, let's get back to cracking, and we'll see in the end who has the best papers to win, okay ??

If DPC should stop, TA would lose part of it's enthousiams, and vice versa. Let's face it. We are like bothers, always fighting who's best, but in the end we can't do without eachother.

DPC's are welcome here, yesterday, today and forever!!
TA are &quot;trying&quot; (not very successfully apparently) to ignore posts that are seeking to incite an angry reaction. It has nothing to do with MF6. The posting of a . signifies that this post is being interpreted as a troll post and having been noted as such, will not draw any further comment.

The idea of the . has caught on quite fast. In fact DanC and Paulson have copped a couple of friendly .'s already.

In fact it is likely that the . will quickly catch on and troll posts all over the board are likely to be dealt with the same way.

If you get a . to a post you make and you really didn't mean any harm, check your Dutch/English phrase book, because someone thinks you posted only to make trouble for the DPC/TA relationship.
