i just think its pretty fvcked up how much of our lives are sucked into this internet thing.

I remember vividly when my mom came to visit many years ago she said casually how internet was very addicting and
that it was really easy to get hooked. Like they say...Mother knows best. Even stranger was she said that
having never been online or typed more than a word on a keyboard.

Scary...
The Internet just proves that, the big bang theory is real. 🙂

Oh wow...forgot about the Adam. Back when I had my Atari 1200XL, I wanted to upgrade to an Adam. 🙂

Nah, he just doesn't like Apples.

😀

Oh... like they had AppleMac's in paradise, huh. Well that makes sense, I would've left too.

Edit: forgot the smiley... 😀, no offense to Mac users!

ahh life before the internet.
i used to:
skateboard 4 hours+a day
have twice as many friends
go fishing
go outdoors.

I didn't say Qunatum was "bought" by AOL. I said AOL "was" Quantum."

You're blending my two sentences together. I had said that "Global News Network" was bought by AOL.

Not to be nitpicky, but being mis-quoted is probably my biggest pet pieve. 😛

before internet, i still had a computer... played with dos & win3.1 games. Majority of the time gaming on 16bit consoles SNES/Genesis. Spent time going to friends house, play around in parks and running around the neighborhood.

Did'nt get the internet til i was 12, it all went downhill from there ;-)

My bad.. 🙂

I spent a lot more time reading books than I did in front of the computer. Once my brother got his first computer with Internet access and we discovered Command & Conquer/Quake online, it was all over with for a while.

I have more of a life now, becuase it makes it more convenient to set some things up and I don't spend much time on the computer...just go online during school

A better question for me is how did I get Porn befroe the Net 😀

and at 10 years ago I did without it I wasent even old enough to purchase that stuff.
