Before each shutdown I get this.....(windows 2000)

I get a window that pops up and says

"dialog box demo" is not responding click here to end now etc...

everytime.... anyone know what that error is or how i can get rid of it???

Yeah. Stop running the program that launches "dialog demo box" every time you boot.

have you downloaded anything from Yahoo! lately onto your computer?

What operating system? If it's 2k or XP you can check the system logs in the event viewer.

 

[MulLa]

Check the "autorun"ed program in registry to see if there's any reference to it.

Otherwise do some sort of search on the registry for this program and see if you can find some clues.
