Doesn't change that they both have a middle initial that is "W" for "Walker."

What are you trying to argue? It makes no sense.

You cannot technically be correct in saying George H.W. Bush can also be referred to as George W. Bush. Walker is the second middle name, you can not skip the first if referencing the full name.
George W. Bush only has one middle name, it is Walker.
I think most referred to H.W. as simply George Bush until his son George W. Bush became prominent. So the reference to the full middle names was included for both, since you cannot utilize Jr and Sr suffixes.

It seems like you originally said both can be called " George Herbert Walker Bush", which is incorrect. And now it appears that you are saying both can be called "George Walker Bush", which is also incorrect.

Both can be called "George Bush" and you would be correct in this use.

Edit: I see this was already addressed. I had not seen the third page in Tapatalk.

I know, and I have always been critical of it since it first started developing. It developed out of ignorance. I learned when I was a little kid in 1990 that the president's full name was George Herbert Walker Bush, so as soon as people started using "W." to distinguish the junior, it stuck out as completely wrong since they are both "W." People accepting it, like you, allowed it to get to this point.

No.

And people wonder why I sneer at them when they forward me HuffPo "news" links.

As already noted, most of those were heavily touched-up studio "before" pics vs. unedited "after" pics with less flattering lighting.
